"One Day Give Away: Christmas Clean Up"

You won't believe it, but these flat little things...... are the best dishcloths I've ever used.

I mean, I haven't used these exact ones. They're brand new. And they are my gift to whoever wins this drawing.

Before I tell you how to win them, let me tell you a little bit about the dishcloths.
They come from Sweden but they are designed by a local guy who happens to be my brother-in-law. But that's not why I think they are the best dishcloths ever.
I think that because they absorb like crazy. Which means they wipe up the kitchen counter like a dream. And they wring out super easily. They are not bulky and hard to handle like some sponges and dishcloths.
And here's the best part: They're eco friendly!!

They're 70% cellulose, which is sustainable. Yay!! 30% cotton. They soften when you get them wet. There are many other cute designs for outside of the holiday season... birds, flowers, whatnot. I got a super cute loon pattern for the cabin.

The next couple giveaways are going to be all about food.

Why?

Because I'm losing my kitchen in a couple of weeks to a partial remodel. So I'm really going to focusing on the cooking part of my blog until then. No kitchen...no cooking. At least for a couple of months. I fear major culinary withdrawal.

In the meantime I'm going to be cooking up a storm. And... having some cooking related contests. HMMMMM...

How about we try to come up the as many food related movies, books or blogs as we can think of? Leave your suggestions in the comment section here. I'll throw out a favorite: Babette's Feast.

Now a straight up cook book doesn't count. That would be too easy. But a book that's about characters who love food and has a few recipes woven in is fair game. Same goes for blogs. If it's nothing by recipes, recipes, recipes....no go. But if the food is part of a bigger story...perfecto.
